We have entered the Contest. Now we have to watch that show and vote for Francesca. The first day is March 1st. It's Regis and Kelly. Enough Said. There is 125 thousand dollars of college money at stake, which is why we're doing this. And bragging rights would be pretty cool too.

All you grandparents out there might think we should not have let her do this, and if so, you are probably right, however, we couldn't help ourselves, she was just SO into it. And doing a little dance, as she has been doing a lot lately. You just can't hug and squeeze her tight enough. She's like a sweetness geyser.



By the way, Scott just read this and he said Oh my god, that's so syrupy, it's edging on maudlin. However, I notice, he did not disagree. . .

LKFF (Little Known Francesca Fact) of the day: Francesca is a very hungry but very careful eater at daycare, compared to her compatriots, who tend to shovel food into their mouths, like babies and toddlers do... Francesca will deliberately pick up one bite at a time with her index finger and thumb and place one bite in her little mouth.

OK, one more bonus LKFF: When Francesca and Elliot are chasing each other around the table, it is Francesca who is the chaser and Elliot who is the chasee.

Despite her advanced intelligence, baby teeth strength, Francesca has not figured out how to
bite the top off the teething pill bottle.

Here is a picture of Francesca not eating. Though it is in front of the fridge... Daddy is beeping Francesca's nose. A strange ritual, but one they both seem to enjoy, or in Francesca's case, at least tolerate.
