it must be hard to leave that baby... how are the parents holding up?
I, Scott, unfortunately have got a severe flu which is finally ameliorating.
I am very happy that I think I did not pass it on to Allison or Francesca.
On a more emotional level I am experiencing AWESTRUCKNESS and WONDER.
There's also another sense of something I can't quite put into words...
something in the range of deep gratitude, luck, being blessed.
It's that feeling that goes along with tears of joy.
