The characteristic baby hand at the ear makes me want to ask if she was checked for another ear infection as her last fever came and went...? Remember the trick of gently tugging on the ear lobe to see how she reacts.
I think she aspires to be an old time radio announcer. Teething pain can radiate so it seems to becoming from the ear. She doesn't wince or show any sign of pain when a parent tugs on her ear.
